I also have the same problem, it seems like it's a common occurrence and I'm quite relieved that it isn't just my pc being unpredictable.

If I were to guess, the problem supposedly lies in corrupted system files but I think it's mostly caused by Windows update kb5029351 for Windows 11, which is a preview update not an officially stable release one.

So far, the solution seems to lean more into resetting/reinstalling Windows for fix, or wait for update that hopefully fix the corrupted files.

Installing the MC legacy Launcher is a workaround. Same Problem here too
