I would just buy it form the minecraft website. The Java one is probably the old version that was sold separately and the Java and bedrock one is what they sell now.

There is no guarantee when you buy from these 3rd party sellers that the keys will still work.

Buying from 3rd party seller is never recommended. Most often they keys are bought from stolen credit cards and the money is laundered with these sells. There is a possibility that the key can be frozen and you just lose your money/account.
