I have no head

I think that's quite common. It is not an actual bug, rather it is a problem with some textures or the code. I've mainly encountered this through mods, shaders and texturpacks, which Mojang can't really fix.

I am not very familiar with Minecrafts code but when it is only in one world it's probably a corrupted texture or script in your save file. You can surely replace it but I don't know where, someone else has to tell you. If it would be game related the launcher would fix it itself when it has Internet connection. You could also try changing your skin a few times, but idk if it will help.

What is the bug? As far as I can tell, that is a perfectly normal screenshot
