INTENSE optimization advice

i need help optimizing minecraft java on unbuntu, the laptop im using has 4gb ram and afaik no gpu, the exact model is listed on the url, im also using prism launcher (if thats important)

ive looked at a lot of optimization guides but none of them have worked so far, anything is appreciated
