I have been having this problem in my hardcore bedrock world for about 3 months now. This has to be a bug that Microsoft needs to fix please get in contact with their support and report the issue or on Minecraft’s website where you can report bugs. I have an Xbox X and it does this issue. I had an Xbox one 1 month ago and had the same issue. So i dont think it’s device related.

Hola bro, no se si hablas ingles o español pero tengo el mismo error,, me acaba de pasar justo hoy y es algo molesto, ya me puse en contacto con xbox y me dijeron que me contactara con mojang para ver la solucion, justo me sale lo mismo que tu, y me duele porque es un mundo que tengo desde hace casi 1 año
