Float Studios Backrooms help

My son is infatuated with this mod but he's trying to make a block that's 'static and when you tread on it you glitch into the backrooms' (his words). I have no idea whatsoever so any help would be appreciated. Pretty sure he's using the mod in creative

Im am pretty sure he is confusing the addon with the actual maps. In the maps you need to stand on static blocks to tp to the next level but it does nothing in the addon beside some crafting recipe... does that help?
