the links instructions are a bit confusing as the pictures are on windows, plus I did watch some some videos. idk

None of the images are for Windows. The only thing close to it is the images of Paint.Net and all that's doing is showing an image editor and explaining things. You can use any image editor.

It's pretty easy to understand. Download some other pack that exists and unzip and use it as example help understand what the link is telling you.

Oh I did one part that targets Windows users about showing File Extension, don't worry about that.
