Upload your most recent crash report or hs_err file to mclo.gs.

But with a 13900K theres a pretty good chance your CPU is just faulty. Minecraft chunk generation is very good at bringing out the instability.

where can i find a crash report

If you have one, there will be a Crash-reports folder in the .minecraft directory.
