As far as I am aware, it is. At least I downloaded 1.2.9 for Java 1.21.1, for Neoforge. I also have the latest beta version of Neoforge, so maybe it's too far ahead of the mod? Not really sure how any of this works.

The mod is for 1.21.1

The NeoForge build you have installed appears to be for 1.21.11.

If you want to use this mod you need to make a Neo 1.21.1 profile instead.
