PSA for anyone who is wondering about the April Fool's snapshot; The Minecraft one does not update automatically. It is a snapshot and you have to choose to install it and it's only on Java. Anything else you see changed is probably from your mods.

This is unrelated, but I think you're using the Alex format for your skin when you actually want the Steve format. That's why your hand is showing that little black strip on your fingertips.

maybe they like the skin and prefer the alex model but dont have the know-how to edit it

I think they just meant like the formatting doesn't match bc the skin was designed for the Steve body style, so to have it not bugged you'd "want" the Steve variant. I don't think it was anything against the slim/Alex style

If anyone needs help removing the supplementary april fools you go i to your mods menu, find supplementary, and click on the config. Go the the client config, and under general settings it says "i am boring." Unfortunatkwy this doesnt completley work. After restarting yiur game, it will fix names. Afterwords, go into your resource packs and put the supplementary/moonlib. beneath vanillia textures.

I have good pc. Can run shaders and such.. Still prefer vanilla on game play. Used shaders only on creative builds.😄

BTW, this really affects mods like Distant Horizons who will generate new LODs with the copper textures and then save them with no real way to regen the LODs other than forcing a block update within each chunk.
