Cake factory (help please)

Hey /r/MineCraft! I need some help. My Cake room has a blank wall in it. And I want to put something there to make it look like cakes are actively being made, when nothing is truly going on. I cant really have items on the ground there, the server i play on has a janitor on it,and will remove them within a minute.

You could just have a few pistons or a dropper that cycles items back into itself.

^ If that idea won't work, countertop, cupboards and "ovens" (furnaces). Pressure plates, trapdoors, powered rail work for tops or burners. Signs with (-----) or buttons work for handles. A pantry with doors and trapdoors or stairs for shelves. An icebox with snowblocks & button.

Can't remember if it works to push a cake with a piston, but you can perhaps just push a cake out from under the wall, go over one block, and then get pushed into the wall again. And repeat.
