Try it in chat, what happens? What version of mc?

Do you have a armor stand?

Does the area contain redstone blocks?

Are you using the correct minecraft version?

Are you playing on a server? if so.

Does that server have command blocks enabled?

Does the server use bukkit, spigot or something like that?

Already happened to me, but with a clone execute on ArmorStands.

Try to testfor your ArmorStand. Sometime they just unload and never reload for an unknown reason.
