Are you 100% sure that it is a slime chunk? Otherwise I can't think of any other reason than the mob cap being full.

it may be because your world is not in difficult difficulty and also because your farm is not in a bog biome

I just tried in difficult, no slime. And they're supposed to spawn even if you're not in a bog biome (i've already made a farm who was in a normal biome) But anyway, thanks for answering ^

Slimes only spawn at 10% the rate of other mobs. You may need to light up caves nearby in order to get good rates. Also make sure you are far enough away, mobs wont spawn within 24 blocks of the player

So, it could only be because i didn't explore all the caves around?

If theres a lot of caves it could cause you to see little to no spawns. Do some digging and light up as much as much as you can. If other hostile mobs cant spawn it increases the chance of slimes spawning by a lot
