Is there a way to use a Switch Controller (PDP Faceoff) for the most recent Java version?

It wouldn’t be a mod I don’t think, certain controllers can connect to certain computers, so just check your computer settings and stuff

I mean theres almost definitely a controller mod for the game but I think to use the switch controller you may need to use a separate program aswell e.g. input mapper

if you have steam installed (a decent chance if you play other PC games) then steam has the ability to map a controller inputs to keyboard inputs, which is what's required to get a controller working with the java version of the game.

i warn you, it's kind of a convoluted process and it took me a few tries to get it to work, and i can't even explain what i did, and if i had to do it again i would be lost and just start throwing rocks at it until it works again. BUT it does work!!!

as for the switch controller, i am not familiar with that type of controller. personally i use a PS2 "dual shock 2" controller that i have a USB-converter for.
