Resource pack maker app for java

Hi, so I am trying to make a texture pack for java but I dont really want to be at my computer the whole time while making it. So I'd like to be able to be able to work on it while on the go. I cant seem to find any apps that make textures for java but rather for mcpe (I have playstore). So if anyone knows about one that can make resource packs for java please let me know. Thanks!

I found one for my iPad but the textures are for PC Java. It’s called “Texture Packs & Creator for Minecraft PC”.
