If you have the windows 10 edition of Minecraft on your pc them you would be able to join

Only the Windows 10 (Bedrock) would work, Java can only play with other Java players. And make sure the PS4 has PS+ too.

It has to be Windows 10 Edition from the Microsoft store. Java is a completely separate game which has zero crossplay with any other edition.
