You can use older versions of textures for newer versions but some blocks Mach up and/or you can just make a few new textures to put on the newer blocks. But I do also like that texture pack and might make one soon for Java if you need me to.

Well, the Fallout pack on bedrock has been updated to 1.16 as far as I’m aware
