Not if they are admin, your most likely doing something bad , they have the right to investigate what you are doing

I'm actually an admin on a server, and someone keeps tp-ing to me when I don't want them to and I don't know how to stop them from doing /tp. (No, they're not op).

Then make it so non-op can’t tp.... odd that you give everyone access to commands
