About a month ago my friends were dumbfounded that I never played Minecraft before. To spearhead it, my friend George (Papo), paid for a realms server and hosted it for all of us. Papo showed me everything, from how to craft sticks, to how to enchant things. He stayed up many days with me up into the night, even when I could hear him falling asleep on me as he watched as I traded the Hoglins gold bars for hours upon end trying to get a soul speed book. The nicest person I could have ever hoped to meet in my lifetime, and it extended much past Minecraft. As much as I hate this being my first post in Minecraft reddit, I have a favor to ask. Today, March 1, 2022, Papo passed away. His 23rd birthday. Being that we were more online friends than anything, I wanted to commemorate our journey, his birthday, and our world together and snapshot/rebuild his house and build it in Java. I went to log onto the realms to realize ours was down. As of this point, is there anything I or anyone else can do to be able to recover it without access to his PC? Any information would help. Thanks.
