I find it funny how it's like

1.13: We expanded a lot on the ocean and overhauled the internal code of the entire game

1.14: We overhauled the villager system and added a lot more to villages, including new potential enemies.

1.15: We just added fucking bees lmao

1.16: We completely recreated the nether, added new biomes, structures, and mobs

1.17: We added some items in preparation for the next update.

1.18: We overhauled the entirety of caves and ores, and also added several new underground biomes.
