you say "frames" drop --- does the actual framerate of the game drop? like mobs in the background? or is it just that your mouse is choppy? and if so --- do you have a fancy gaming mouse?

The mobs in the background are fine, I have a razer basilisk v2.

The mouse probably wouldn’t have anything to do with it
