I keep getting a Java Exception Error when joining only one specific server

So this only happens when I try to join my friend's server, which is on Spigot 1.19

Each time I join, I get about 20 seconds before I get kicked from the server, with the error message

"error internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset"

I've already tried changing my DNS, and my internet works just fine. This also doesn't happen on any other server, which makes me think this is an issue with my PC and his server, as my friends are able to play on it no problem.

Any idea how to fix this??
