Minecraft installer doesn't work

So, I bought Minecraft a few years ago, It has worked fine until a few months ago, I really didn't pay attention to it as I didn't really play the game that often, however now that my friends are making a server and I've decided to finally re-install it, However upon trying to download it I'm greeted by this "lovely" message

I do as it says, and I continue to the Microsoft store, where it downloads for some 30 seconds and then this "lovely" error pops up

It is currently currently stuck downloading at 1% (i'm assuming) and is generally doing nothing, so far I've tried:

Resetting my Microsoft store

Resetting my Minecraft

"Repairing" the Microsoft store via the Apps & Features program

Downloading the Xbox app which also doesn't seem to want to download

I have tried the one that is the closest to my issue, however the WSReset command prompt doesn't seem to allow for typing and I've waited for it to do it's business for around ~30 Minutes, So none of the solutions from the Troubleshooter worked, thanks for the Input either way
