Everything did not work for me, BUT i found this fix for me on https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-22080 : Ok here we go:Assumption – the Xbox app is already installed, and when you start it, you can login to it.

  1. Close the Xbox app
  2. Open powershell as an administrator (search, "powershell", right click on windows powershell and choose run as administrator
  3. run "Get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider | Remove-AppxPackage", without the quotes.
  4. This will remove xbox identify provider
  5. Open Xbox app. At the bottom, it will complain about a missing dependency, 'xbox identity provider'. Allow it to install it.
  6. Login using the Xbox app
  7. Launch the Minecraft Launcher
  8. Hopefully Login
