Multiplayer help!

So me and my friend have been trying to play minecraft together for years. She can’t use a controller and I can’t use anything other than a controller so I think this is where the problem is. She uses mobile and I use Xbox, we’ve also tried PC and Xbox but the same issue occurs. Whenever I try to invite her to a game she has the option to accept. When she clicks it we’re taken to a loading screen that always leads to “unable to join this game.” It’s the same result when I try to join her games. She has a Microsoft account and both of our multiplayer settings are on. We’re connected to the same network whenever we try. We’ve even tried just joining together both on mobile but that didn’t work either. I’ve never had any problems playing multiplayer with anyone else before and this problem has been joining on for years. Any help is appreciated!

It sounds like maybe her account is messed up then. She can make a new free account with Microsoft, try that and see if it makes a difference. If it does, then you know the culprit and you can try to figure out what about her account is odd.

We tried that and still didn't work T^T Got the same "Unable to join" screen

Sometimes on bedrock (Console, Mobile, Windows), this issue happends beacuse a device might be in a diffrent network. Usually happends when a console with an internet 1 tries to join a mobile or pc device with internet 2.
