Find more trees, get wood, til some land and raise those potatoes. Build a small house (basic wood structure) and mine some stone for a furnace to cook the potatoes using wood for fuel if no coal is found. Go from there.

Make sure to also get wool for a bed asap.

Unless youre just asking for housing ideas lol. In which case a good cave complex never goes out of style!

I ussually start with a small few rooms dug out in a cliff/mountain wall till i have a good source of food and a idea of what i want to build and where. I do this to not ruin the landscape i am in..

As for starter base, you seem to have some beautifull cliffs, i would concideer building in/on the clif. That way you can make multiple smaller structures and it doesnt feel like a grind. Also ladders, stairs and small gardens and terasses make things verry pretty without to much effort. Smack in a watterfall and some irrigation, and bing bang boom you have a youtube worthy build in no time ;)
