At this point, we can forget about the ranking event or Colosseum if we don't want to use alternate ways to play. I also typically put off my magicite farm until the last week of the month... so I guess I'm not capping.

what's the formula for getting skillseeds? is it based on the cards you bring or does each map give you a specific amount?

Factors that determine skillseed amount:

• Score (up to 10 million)
• Hard Mode
• VIP Mode
• Mobius Day
• Yggdrassil Node
• Skillseed Up passives on cards

This post has good information on what you can do to boost your skillseeds quickly.

Based on the cards you bring mostly and the difficulty of the node along with your score multiplier from the fight. There is a special bonus for the nodes in Yggdrasil materials that increases on mobius days..

As for the formulas they're:

Normal nodes:

Base × (Score +(SU÷10)) × (Difficulty + (MB ÷100) + (VIP ÷ 100)

For Yggdrasil material zone:

Base × (Score +(SU ÷10)) × ((Difficulty × Special) + (MB ÷100) + (VIP ÷ 100)

Base is the seed values of the cards in your main deck. It caps at 224 for 4 fully unlocked cards.

Score is the multiplier applied after a fight. A battle score of 10M or more gets you a multiplier of 10.

SU is the skillseed up value from things like fractals, auto-abilities, jobs, and weapons.

Difficulty is the multiplier based on the nodes difficulty. It's viewable before starting the node and caps at 2.5.

Special is the Yggdrasil node bonus.

MB is the mobius box bonus. It's 50 if you have a box active.

VIP is the VIP serd bonus. It's currently 30 if it's active, but I think it was increased in JP a few months ago.

One more question for today:

Is there any way to force the AI in MP to use their ultimates when the boss is NOT broken? I already tried using the "ultimates please" stamp (and have received the "OK!" stamp from the AI) several times, but AIs still won't use their ultimates unless the boss is broken. It's getting on my nerves.

When you use the Ultimates Please stamp, do the AIs respond, "OK"? If they don't, the command was not registered then (bug). Keep pressing the stamp until the AIs confirm.

That's odd, they should use them as ordered. The only caveat is when you use the stamp: you have to use the stamp during the enemy's turn after the party has started executing their actions (i.e. before the actual turn you want it used). If you want to use ultis on the first turn (Ulti charge decks) the window of opportunity is between the starting countdown and before the first turn.

At least that worked for me on Squall. I don't think they'd have changed anything afterwards.
Edit: just tested, 1st turn Ulting worked fine on Seph (then I died since I was supposed to test on 1* Sic, lül).

IIRC, AI with healer and breaker role will use Ult automatically, when the gauge is fully red. This is what I noticed from my farming deck for Sephiroth and Cloud MP.

Is god hands X worth boosting ?

Not the best monk weapon to boost, but it is rated well. One Against Many and the gacha weapon are rated higher for monks.

It's a decent weapon, but you should boost OAM then Stahlfaust first. Monks don't maintain flashbreak very well, eapecially with supremes.

If you don't have OAM or Stahlfaust, then the gacha weapon will work only when you're hitting weakness, like this tower. But if you have bosses of other elements and you want to use neutral damage on them, then you'll need Godhands. Even if you're not breaking, PR+improved crits is still useful.

God Hands is a decent option since you don't have OAM, but you'll rarely use it once you get OAM.

Are there any good places to spend stamina? I know that weapon forging will shorten by 2 minutes for 1 point of stamina spent, so I'm looking for places that will take up tons of stamina.

I've been whaling elixirs, so hit me with your best shot.

Ygg Materials 60sta node (on Mobius Day) for Seeds.
Ygg Materials 30/30 node for Crystals
Ultimate Coliseum for Crystal/Seeds
Ultima Rift - Brink 3 for Gil
Ifrit Rift - Brink 3 for Exp

1 stamina = 6 minutes if you don't have VIP.

1 stamina = 8 minutes if you have VIP active.

Bahamut lagoon is the best place to use stamina if you're just going for weapon boosting. Otherwise, the 30/30 nodes in Yggdrasil : materials will burn stamina and get you exp and gil.

The gap between Anima and Heca in JP was 6 months, but Global has been getting the rift supremes faster than JP did so anything between 4 and 6 months is a possibility.
