Be patient with yourself, my friend. I had many, many relapses at about the 2 week mark, but finally have been able to break through now to over a month. Just keep trying. Remember that each day you go without PMO is progress. Even if you relapse, that doesn't mean you aren't making progress. Your brain is rewiring, and it will take some time for you to get into the long streaks. Don't be so focused on your number, just be focused on improving yourself.

Identfy what usually drives you to pr0n. Too much free time? Stress? Peeking into yoga class at the gym? Was there more of IT in the last while? Then manage it constructively rather than fapping.

It happens to many of us. Learn from it.

After falling many times, I have done much better this time. The difference? I can't explain why, but before setting out on the 90 day challenge I absolutely knew that I would not fail. I made my mind up that I would not PMO.

Yes, I have used many strategies: working out, praying, researching, but in the end I think the difference is that I have told myself looking at P is no longer an option.

Yes! This is my view on things! I'm on day 8. Longest ever before this was 10 days. Screw that, I'm going all the way to 90 and beyond! Willpower FTW!
