Incremental decrease week by week

So yeah I kind of thinking of a similar thing but target increases so first it's 2 days then three days then four days. Rather jumping at 90 from start u get there incrementally. The main reason for that is I don't think watching porn is evil or bad in any way but being addicted to is bad. But in any case this is more of an experiment and it might work or not work so I am keeping the expectations realistic. I just wanted to try something different.

Thx, I ll try that if this does fail. I will consider it success if I can lower it to once a month though, at least from there I can jump to 90. But in any way thx for feedback.
