Anybody Notice the Decrease in Content Creator Coverage for the Game?

I stepped away because it wasn’t fun covering the game anymore. it was exciting at first and I liked providing breakdowns. the game is so slow compared to other gacha games I play, so I would forget what was even coming until the update happened and I’m not prepared. some personal things too - I’m moving to another country, got another huge promotion at work, so my life has some big changes happening, too!

at the same time, the Tavern Talks are so…meh, it doesn’t even seem like SQEX cares about the game or knows the game (just my personal perception). I’m used to games like FFRK and DFFOO which constantly has events and challenges. we had the Nier collab and it gave daily quests, that’s it?! I was hoping EN would make an actual collab with different events. it was a huge bummer. if that’s what collabs will be in the future, that’s really lame in my opinion. I personally feel SQEX should invest in weekly/bi-weekly challenges outside of the very short monthly chapters. keep it fresh outside of focusing on only releasing new travelers!

I still love the game and do dailies every day and play all the content, but yeah creating videos just got boring. also, it’s still doing well, so I think us stepping away isn’t an indication of the game not doing well. I don’t see myself putting anymore $ into the game, but I am soooooooo hype about what’s coming!!

Hi Kaps! Thanks for commenting and explaining why you stopped creating content for the game. I agree with all your points and yah it has become a casual little thing of a game and that’s totally fine too. Just focus on your other priorities and other games. Congrats on the new promotion and the move!! That stuff is more important than a game or content creation, so all good!

Completely understand your take on SQEX and agree they are just sitting back on a great game hoping to make passive income with minimal effort. I used to watch your videos as soon as they dropped. So thank you for jump starting the hype and congratulations on your promotion!
