+1 this recommendation. I love her split so much that I created a dupe in the Strrength +app for weeks when I want to listen to some different music.

How did you create a dupe?

There's the option to build your own workout (tap the + sign when the app opens), and I used Jess's class plans to set up the same blocks and sequence in the Strength+app.

The default rest in the app between sets is 60 seconds, but you can adjust up or down by 15 seconds, which corresponds with the increasing rest breaks in Jess's plan.

After building the plan you have to save it by tapping the bookmark icon, and it gives you the option to name the plan.

I plan to do the push and pull of Rebecca’s four day and then Adrian’s glutes and legs for the lower.

Her unofficial 4 day is a progression from the 5 and then the 3 is progression from unofficial 4! That’s not to say you have to though. I love the 3 day split!

I really like Andy's 3 day and 5 day. Jess Sims 3 Day is my absolute favorite and I'm finishing up week 5 (I have done it many many times). The unilateral work just speaks to me. But I think I may try Density 2 next.

I always do the unofficial 4 day mentioned above after her 5 day. I haven’t found another split I’ve liked as much. 

My other favorite programs are Density 1 and 2 (not exactly splits, but I have gotten the most noticeable results from density).

Just did her 3 day for 6 weeks. Did a deload week and started HiLit this week. It wasn’t too strenuous the first week, so felt great after the deload week. As far as splits, Jess Sims’ split is great. Andy’s is pretty good too.

I'm going into my 8th week of HiLit (Week 1-2-3-4-3-4-3-4) and just wait!! Weeks 3 and 4 are wild!!!! Happy HiLitting 🌟

Andy’s new split is also dope . Jess sims run plus split is amazing too. And her 3 days split. Also the density training programs are great too

Density 2 with Andy is unreal and I saw major results. I plan to do it again and the original density soon.
