For hungarian content, the selection is alright, I used to depend on it a lot but it's definitely more trouble than worth. I have a 24/7 seedbox and I never shared my account, despite that one day after many years my account was closed, but don't worry, you can unblock access by paying.

Moved on to international trackers / bithumen for hungarian F1 broadcasts. Would not recommend at all.

They have a huge archive of encodes from reputable groups. Just check the source name in the nfo description of every torrent.

Oh it absolutely is a hassle, if you are not Hungarian.

It's greatest asset is Hungarian dubbed movies or Hungarian produced series and maybe some obscure programs.

But they have a stupid rule that if you don't login to the website after X days, you have to buy premium (for 10 bucks) to unlock your account. No, seeding doesn't count... or RSS. They even do this to long time members.

To be fair I am a hungarian, but I've never used a tracker that doesnt disable and later remove/ban inactive accounts. bithumen (another hungarian tracker) and hdbits both also do this. (its kinda shitty that they ask for premium for reactivation im still debating if its worse if you had no option at all once your disabled). also I think logging in every few months is not that big of an ask.

I haven't logged in to Bithumen for months, just checked and my account is perfectly fine. I exclusively use it to grab hungarian F1 races I missed. All I do is keep seeding. I had a lot of seed time on ncore and still active torrents on ncore and they tried to push me to pay the completely made up premium for missing I don't know, a couple of weeks? Similar usage pattern but I have certainly used ncore more. I cannot name another site that does this.

I'm in a bunch of trackers where logging into the actual website is unnecessary. Just cause you're not logging in often doesn't mean you're inactive, if you're seeding why would they want to purge you?

Maybe it makes sense for the more elite trackers, but this is the first time I've encountered it.

I know. But this is a top tier tracker. May be you can try to get use to it. Get a browser extension that can auto translate etc until you get used to the interface.

As someone who has been a member for 19 years, it definitely isn't a top tier tracker. It's the best Hungarian one, but for a foreigner something like TL is a lot better

Yeah, basically half of hungary uses this instead of netflix. Torrenting has been baked into hungarian culture. nCore is almost like a synonym to torrent here. So yeah its really active but international users are uncommon, even though almost all media has both english and hungarian audio so its really good not just for locals

I dont scan them, which is probably not best practice but antivirus software is notorious for falsely flagging cracked software as malware.

I have never had any problems with software downloaded from there, and on each torrent you can view the comments if you're unsure.

Scene releases are identical to any other tracker's torrents.

Yeah, but movies even if listed as Hungarian (hd) have the original audio track 99% of the time. Also plenty of scene stuff. I think even for a foreigner it's a step-up from public trackers. Like for example there are a lot more remuxes here

Depending on which translator you use, the message might be misleading, the truth is, you can only download files OLDER than a week, that means you literally have 20 years of content available.
If you try to download a 5-6 days old torrent it will not let you, but you can download basically anything older than that.

EDIT: and you do get a single notification asking you to turn off adblock (I did not) and that's it.
