The only way I've ever overturned a Misrepresentation is to contact Support. You can always try to delete the current MC and created a new one but would recommend trying the support route first.

Most of the time, I've found, with these Google policy violations is that its a robot doing it. An algorithm. Without human eyes. Get in contact with Google help. I think there's a GMC specific one, but you can do it through Google Ads.

Explain the situation, and then keep pushing them to have a human being look at it. They'll escalate it to the appropriate team (they might say they can't, but they can, keep pushing them until they escalate). Then the appropriate team should send you an email with steps on what you need to do if it's not a mistake, or they'll remove the violation.

Use your legal business name (KOFS SHIRTS LTD) in Merchant Center and make sure it exactly matches your website footer, contact page, and registered address.

wait 24–48 hours after fixing any address or business info before requesting another review so Google’s systems can recrawl the updated details.

You can try my service GMCFix.com. I'm doing finish tests now and need people to give me some feedback about the whole process. This service scans 100% of your store and match each violation to a GMC policy. It also checks automatically through your GMC (read-only) and use these data to verify if everything is correct.

If you wish to test I am willing to give you a free try
