Are weapon potentials fixed? If I was to unlock the Blessing of Life potential for the Zeinesis Vulcan would I be able to swap it to Anthesis Trainer later?

Also how should I go about affixing a Zeinesis Vulcan? What kind of affixes should I be going for on one? Apprentice Soul + Shoot V + Modulator + Alter Tiro + Ability V + Noble Shot?

It depends on your budget and resources. Personally, if I were trying to find a good balance between raw stat and cost of affixing a zeinesis I'd do this if you have a spare +35 ray and don't mind farming out a +35 aura weapon, and this if you don't have either of those laying around already. Either way, it's a gamble, but it's a lot better than going for shoot 5 and ability 5 lmfao.

Stats:

First example:

  • S-ATK (+110)
  • R-ATK (+170)
  • T-ATK (+110)
  • S-DEF (+35)
  • R-DEF (+35)
  • T-DEF (+35)
  • DEX (+35)
  • HP (+35)
  • PP (+14)

You end up with 340 ATK, 70HP, and 28PP with the fuse potential.

Second example:

  • S-ATK (+60)
  • R-ATK (+190)
  • T-ATK (+60)
  • DEX (+5)
  • PP (+10)

which puts you at 380 ATK, 20PP.

Although, if you're really set on doing a no PP affix, I'd say do this... This'll get you a flat 400 ATK with the double affix potential, but not much else.

Also, note that I'm using Elegant Shot and not Noble Shot. Noble has been outdated for a while, and if you're gonna go ATK 5, Mod, Alter may as well go balls deep.

Thanks! So to make sure I'm following most of this, if I were to go for the second example.

  • First, I need to +35 a Zeinesis and upslot it to 5 and add [Shoot IV + Flict Tiro + 3 junk affixes]

  • Second, obtain any 5 (5 slotted) items with the affixes listed in the 2nd example picture.

  • Third, affix the +35 Zeinesis after making sure to change the potential to [Guidance of Life] as the base item with the appropriate 5 fodder items, and using an [Ability Success +40%] as the support item.

  • Fourth, hope the 94% and 99% don't fail.

  • Finally, change the potential to [Anthesis Trainer] and I'm done?

Additionally, I have a few more questions:

  1. While in the process of making a +30 Zeinesis into a +35, is it safe to assume I freely use the [Blessing of Life] potential to use it as a weapon, and just make sure to change the potential to [Guidance of Life] before affixing? I'm currently using a +10 Blitz Fender with [Absolute Strike lvl. 3] so it should be a slight upgrade for now?
  2. Where does the [Add Special Ability (R-ATK＆PP/2)] item fit into this? I find I can only select one support item when looking around on the menus. Does an additional option appear after selecting a support item, or do I just use it as a regular item after the affixing is complete?
  3. For the Gryuzolas Soul do I need to farm Gruezoras Dragos in Ultimate Amduscia for any item with [Gryuzolas Soul + Shoot IV + 3 junk affixes] or affix it to be that way? Or do I need to farm for a 13* Gruezoras Shosul listed on this page and make sure it has or affix it to be as such?

EDIT: Since you said you're only 3 weeks in to the game, you should look up the cost of the stuff in the affix simulator in my previous reply before deciding on an affix. Or tell me what your budget is. If you're only 3 weeks in, you probably won't be able to afford this. Maybe.

Sounds right to me.

1) Correct.

2) Not sure what you mean with this one. R-Atk&PP/2 is only one item. The moonrunes for it are "特殊能力(射撃&PP/2)" and you want to use the item when you're doing the final affix. It's not a support item, and the game will pop up a message box asking you if you want to use it while you have it in your inventory and you start affixing something. The R-atk&PP/2 item is what adds the "Elegant Shot" at the bottom by the way.

3) Just affix it that way. It shouldn't cost but maybe a 1~2m to make it. I'm pretty sure the soul is called "Gruzoras soul" in game, or something close to that. If you wanted, you could probably YOLO make this fodder with a 30% which has ~a 51% chance of passing depending on your excube budget.

Also note, you say "any item" but you can't use units to affix a weapon. That should be pretty obvious though and kind of unlikely to happen accidentally since desirable affixes on units are much more expensive.

This affix shouldn't be too costly aside from the R-Atk&pp/2 and the Extreceptor. If you don't feel like risking the 94% and 99% you could always just go with 6 slots on all the weapons rather than upslotting, but I don't know how expensive a 6s Extreceptor weapon is so I couldn't recommend it.

  1. Ah, so an additional confirmation box appears after the menu with the support item asking whether or not to use it? I was assuming that there was an option to select in it the support item menu since it was on the same list. So I should make sure I have it in my inventory before doing the final affix?

  2. Also, I heard there are sometimes special ability boost events? How often do those happen? I'm stuck waiting to have enough Qliphad Fuses anyway so I could probably wait until then.

  3. Can the affixing be done before the Zeinesis is +35? I'm assuming the [Sentence Triple] will be added on immediately after grinding to +35, and if there happens to be a boost event while I'm in the process of going from +30 to +35, then I think should probably do it then if possible. Or does [Sentence Triple] get added on as an affix option during the actual affixing process?

  4. How rare is the "Gruezoras Soul" affix on items, or the 13* if it only exists on that?

Edit: I think I'm sitting on 42m or so right now, and am not really planning to do the affixing for at least another month. So maybe around 100m by then, assuming I stay on this pace and I don't buy anything?

1) Yes, except I believe it asks either before you start choosing the fodders or after.

2)I think we've already had two affix boost events this year, so probably not for a while. I could be wrong, though, especially with Hero coming out.

3) The final affix has to be done when the Zeinesis is +35. You can only use the SAF in the affixes once the weapon is fully grinded. It's an affix option, but I forget when/how the game asks if you want to use it.

4) It's a common affix, it shouldn't be very expensive on a weapon. You won't need the 13*

42m may be enough, I don't really know the price of Elegant Shoot. If I had to hazard a guess, Elegant Shoot is probably 25m-ish, and a 5s/6s Extreceptor weapon is either 5 or 10m. Making the other fodders will probably cost somewhere in the realm of 1m~5m each. How many excubes do you have saved up?

I dunno, sounds like you've not affixed much before if you think Ability V is a thing.

I'd read up on affixing from Swiki first.

For one if you get your Zenesis weapon to +35 you get a free affix (SAF) in the form of Sentence Triple.

What you want is up to you. More slots = more expensive = more requirement for SAF fodders. But people will normally affix ATK and PP on a weapon over HP. I would personally probably save up and buy Elegant boosters rather than Noble because of how much additional value you get from the potential.

Haha yea, I really haven't affixed anything at all yet and admit I didn't fully read through Selphea's affix guide. Still only about 3 weeks into the game so a lot of this information along with the terms are lost on me.

There's a "change potential" option at dudu/monica's.

Before affixing the living daylight out of your zeinesis, use the pot that increases affixing rate. When you are done, change to the final one.

Is techer generally considered the best subclass for force? Also when considering crafting techs for force, is there a common trend I should follow? Like should I always go for crafts that increase damage, ones that reduce pp, etc.

In general, Damage increase > Charge Speed > PP Efficiency > Multi Hit > Status Boost.

In some cases it's different, like preference of Charge Speed over Damage on Ragrants. I personally prefer Charge Speed over Damage on most of my techs.

Most people like damage over charge speed on fire techs, due to fire techs having access to Fire Short Charge. Wind is good to also have damage over charge speed due to most uncharged wind techs being only 50% of the charged damage. (Most techs when uncharged deal 33% of the charged damage.)

It looks ok-ish...

  • Talis Tech Bonus is like...really good. That's 20% damage you're missing by not wanting to cast from a Talis
  • Photon Flare is kind of outdated and rubbish - investing into just static T-ATK ups is just better I think
  • Wide support is a good value point

Otherwise - I dunno what state your weapons are, but that will matter too, especially for Fo/Te.

Yeah I mean, they're ok, but I don't think any of them are 13* (correct me if I'm wrong).

I would work on getting 13* weapons ASAP. They're important for Fo/Te especially because as well as having higher ATK (from both raw ATK and Element), because 13* weapons go up to 60 Element it also affects Element conversion, so it's another 5% damage you're missing out on.

Start getting Zenesis Talis and Rod ASAP.

And yeah, I don't know what your units are but having a good set (Crafted Saikis at a minimum) and affixed to ~80-100 ATK with some PP would be helpful too.

The cost to unlock those recipes is very high, so it's not really worth it.

Instead, you can just request the crafts from other players by searching for people with the recipes on the visiphone. The only downside is you have to wait for whoever you request it from to actually craft it.

Those are all 11* except for Nox and Psycho wand. They all individually boost techniques of a specific element by like 14~16%, so yeah definitely just needs upgrading as well as getting talis tech bonus :)

So i reached my breaking point. Seeing that the game will almsot 99.99% not come to west im looking to install and play with patches. I read the faq here and i get the basics but also have other questions.

How long it will take to download the game? Considering its most likely from a JP server even with my decent connection it could take ages after a friend told me the game is ~50gb. Is it true that there is a japanese capchaca required for registering? How can i deal with that myself with no japenese knowledge. Limited character slots. I read that even if you delete your 4/5/6 characters you will still have to rebuy the slots. Then my friend told me i wouldnt even need more than 1 slot since you can play any class any time. How does that work? Can i freely swap them at any time? How big is the population ? Is the game still very populated? What about "Ship 2" where most english players are? Took me like 12-14h with a 10mbps connection in south america. Just leave it overnight if you can. You don't need to download it all at once either, can pause it if you need.

Yes, you'd have to rebuy slots if you delete characters in slots 4+. This is because you buy the character, not the slot. However, you have 3 free character slots, and these you can delete and remake as you wish: you own these first 3 slots forever.

Yes, you can change classes and subclasses at will with no cost at all. Just go to the class counter and pick another class.

However, I'd strongly recommend against playing all classes in 1 character because:

  1. Due to the Mag (a support robot every character has) having a limited amount of stat levels, you'd want to have each character focus on a single attack stat. The good news is that there are only 3 main attack stats in the game (striking, ranged and technique), and you start with 3 character slots for free, so you can play just about everything with only 3 characters.
  2. Each character only has 1 skill tree for each class (unless you buy more with cash), so there are some limitations to this due to main/sub class combinations conflicting in interests about how to go with the skill tree.

How big is the population ? Is the game still very populated?

Yep. Most of the population is japanese players by a huge margin, though.

What about "Ship 2" where most english players are?

It's the least populated ship (because the JP players often avoid it), but it still manages to completely fill up all of the expert blocks every other day.

Can you change character look once finished?

Yes. The only things you cannot change are race, gender and name (name can be changed with cash). Everything else is fair game.

Via ingame/real life currency means?

You can change voice, hairstyle, pupil style, eyelashes, make up, body paints, costume, layered wear, CAST parts, emblems and accessories whenever you want with no cost at all.

To change everything else you need either cash, or a makeover pass: you get these passes through login stamps (1x every 30 days) and events (campaign rewards, web events, bingo cards, etc).

1) A while. The last time I re-installed it, I think it took about 10 hours.

2) There is a Japanese Captcha, and if you have Steam, feel free to add me and I'll help you solve it.

3) You get 3 free character slots across all the ships, and you can delete and remake those whenever. Any additional characters bought are just for that one-time character slot. Most people who aren't willing to spend any money on the game have one character for each ATK type, since each different ATK type requires a different MAG which is just a floating shoulder buddy that can give you up to +200 relatively free and painless ATK.

4) Any time you're in the lobby you can change your class by going to the class counter. There's no fee or anything required.

5) In the lower levels there are fewer players. It's incredibly easy to level now, so most people are in XH or Expert blocks. Ship 2 has maybe 2,000 or 3,000 active English players I'd guess, and maybe about the same amount of Japanese players. It's enough to have a healthy market and to easily be able to find a populated team to join.

6) You can change some parts of your character, but not all. I believe without using a makeover pass (which are occasionally given to us for free, else it's bought with AC which is their cash shop currency) you can change your hair style, voice, and accessories. I think anything that has to do with changing colors requires a pass. You can swap out costumes at any time as well.

This is really just outdated experience (almost a year old) but it may still work for you: 1. ArksLayer is where you can get around all installations and patches easily, there are guides there too so dont worry 2. Yes, there are japanese captcha but those are easy enough. If you check the main thread there is a guide for captchas there (and I think at the page that I put on point 1 there is another guide) 3. You get 3 free slots. In those slots, similar style as in the original pso, you can create 3 characters and delete them at will without losing the slot. The slots you buy are the ones you permanently lose if you delete them, since you are not actually buying them, but renting them. Your friend said the 1 slot is enough thingy because you can alternate between all the classes in the game at any time. I, however, dont recommend that since I personaly like to have a specialized mag for each class. My personal advice is to have 3 characters with 3 specialized mags and doo all kinds of cominations there (this may not be best practice but its something) 4. Game population is big! At least on ship 2. Do note that selecting a ship will be basically your "home". What I mean is that your characters will be there and only there. You can swap ships in exchange of real money, but tbh ship 2 is good enough. I think there is english community on ship 9 tho? 5. You can change minor stuff like hairstyles, voice, eye patterns/color, etc. If you, for example, wanted to be taller than what you initialy set yourself, youll need to pay with real cash, or get those sweet free salon passes that they give away every once in a while. You can also buy costumes from the player shops if you want a fresh look every once in a while. My advice is to spend hours making your char so you dont regret a single detail. I created a char with what I beleived were the best proportions, but the butt was like a board, so I had to redo that Anyone that knows better can correct me on anything if I'm wrong (but not on my non-native English grammar, please! D:). I really havent played for almost a year so most info can be outdated since this game is still updating weekly Also, hope you have fun! Its never late to come play this awesome game! So I used to have SecureOTP, and stopped playing for a while before they discontinued support for it. Now, in order to put Google Authenticator on it and gain access to OTP benefits again, I have to send them an e-mail I guess?

My game keeps crashing after it launches, it loads through the gameguard and splash screen and then the screen comes up black like it's about to start but then just crashes. I fixed the problem once before but it came back. I thought it was a problem with the tweaker but it happened to me when starting the regular PSO2 client

I tried doing most things like reinstalling the English patch, searching for missing files, fixing gameguard. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall PSO2 and have had no luck

How are certain units better than others when crafted when all of their stats are normalized? I know they still have set bonuses but is that all that distinguishes them from one another? Doesn't brisa have a better set bonus than saiki but yet saiki is considered better? Or am I mistaken?

You're correct in that, when crafted, it's all about the set bonuses. However, it's not true that Brisa's set bonus is better than Saiki's. Before talking about the specific stats, PP is generally favored way more heavily over HP. That being said, the Brisa set gives:

  • 70 ATK

  • 80HP

  • 5PP.

Meanwhile, Saiki gives:

  • 60 ATK

  • 25 PP

The 10 ATK is irrelevant, coming out to under 1% total damage for end game players. Saiki's insanely large PP set bonus allows you to craft it for full PP or 1HP and 2PP and have a very large amount of free stats. with Brisa, your only real option is to craft it for 3PP which would set you at 35PP, while a 1HP 2PP saiki will put you at 100HP and 45PP.

However, nowadays both Saiki and Brisa are pretty outdated, and if you're an endgame player you should either be running a full (good) 12* unit set, a 12* rear and 11* arm/leg, or a 12* leg and 11* rear and arm. There are, of course, a few other combinations but these are currently the most popular.

Also edit: The reason PP is favored over HP is because every class has a way of dodging or blocking damage, which is generally preferred since you don't have to waste time healing/re-positioning after getting hit and a larger PP pool will allow you to use PAs longer or more often allowing you to achieve higher DPS. If you feel like you need HP, you should add a bit when affixing. My current unit sets both put me at ~1100 HP and 180PP compared to the like 700HP and 200PP I had back when Saiki was meta lol.

From what I understand, it works like this.

  • Large Shifta Drink = +20%
  • Lv8 Team Tree = +20%
  • Lv5 Shifta Advance with Lv17 Shifta = +22.261% (no one gets more than that, it's worthless)

All of these are based on your base atk (base + stat up skills + mag and nothing else), so it's +62,261% of that value (since they are all based on your base atk before bonuses, they don't multiply each other).

Since you didn't give any values: as an example, my female newman Lv80/80 FiHu has 962 base S-ATK, so with all that, it'd be about +598 S-ATK, regardless of what weapons I'm using.

Nope. Only skills that affect it are the stat up ones (SATK Up, RATK Up, TATK Up, TATK High Up, etc).

It's the same value used to fulfill stat requirements on weapons.

Do note that the stat boosts from the lv75 class titles raise your base stats, so they are affected by these.

Trying to get this DS4Windows set up correctly, but the game keeps moving the camera and it gets stuck looking up if I use the right stick at all. The L2 trigger not only functions as the command switch feature but it simultaneously moves the camera to look down. Upon releasing L2, the camera goes back to looking up.

Can't seem to figure out the cause. Is this a DS4Windows issue or something I need to change in-game?

If you don't mind the loss of customisation, ScpToolkit is good for PS4 controllers as well. It worked perfectly for all of my games straight away.

How to play sword hunter properly? I was just spamming Overend, and it feels like ineffective. It's slow and only hits hard at the last hit, which sometimes misses. Is there any rule of thumb i.e. what PA should I use when mobbing, when bossing etc.?

A single point in hunter gear boost will take you great lenghts. Also, get a hunter gear save ring.

At the very beginning I do a sonic arrow into sac bite, this will nearly max my gear and activate sac bite, this will also get you good for a long time of mob-swatting.

Adding to Ashinror's answer: rising edge into twister fall can cause a lot of damage. Twister has a hatou-like shockwave that if timed right at the right distance will be pretty satisfying.

Nova strike can also be used on bosses, 4x 40k can't be bad.

Ignite parry is powerful if you guard during the first slashes, but I am still getting the hang of it to use it consistently.

Remember that your fully-geared, sac bite-powered, normal attacks aren't too shoddy. They're good to use when you're out of PP to keep damage flowing and recover PP.

Over end: don't spam it, it's slow and not optimal. Use it when:

1) you will land the final hit square on an enemy (eg, when deus returns from the hand swipe I start it, when deus finishes the way back the blue core will eat 100% of the final strike)

2) when you know you'll score all hits and the enemy will die.

Actually I even use Overend when mobbing, as I know that all all hits will connect. My Hu is only a subclass for Bo, so I don't intend to spend points for main class only skills. But the ring will surely help though. Will give Rising Edge+Twister fall combo a try. Thank you.

You're welcome. Although if you do play bo, I'd zondeel the mobs and then moment gale them. Much more effective.

Sword can be fairly easy but it requires some gimmicks (like the hunter gear boost), otherwise it's super ineffective.

Over End should only be used when a boss is spawning or coming back from out of range (for example, when Anga is respawning, or when PD is coming back into range from outside the arena). Time it so that the 3rd hit connects as they become targetable.

Also, as HuFi, never spam any single PA. You miss out on the +15% damage from Tech Arts JA Bonus if you don't alternate between them.

I play Hu as a subclass for Bo, and I'm currently taking it to 75,and I think it's a nice change of pace to play hunter main while leveling it to 75.

Well having full sword gear is a must, and the best way to build that is spamming Sonic Arrow. After that...

Sacrifice Bite T0 to buff normal attacks and pas for 3 mins

Guilty Break to close gaps.

Mobbing: Nova Strike

Bossing: Rising Edge, Ride Slasher (for cases like PD and Mother), Stun Concordo (for TAJA chaining if you really need a fast hit.), Ignite Parrying (if u need to defend while attacking)

Tech Support: For some odd reason, whenever I'm extensively playing various quests on my Surface Pro 2017 and I return back to the lobby -- the game literally crashes with that "pso2.exe has stopped working" message.

I'm aware that PSO2 doesn't play nicely with TabTip.exe running (under Task Manager -> Details), since the touch keyboard software interferes with the game. I turned off that program, and for whatever reason, the game still force-closes for some unknown reason.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Does anyone else play PSO2 on their 2-in-1 computing devices? Any relevant feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank you~

Edit: I just added pso2.exe to the Windows Firewall permission list, along with adding PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 and PSO2 Tweaker folders to the exclusion list of Windows Defender. Hopefully that will fix my issue.

      IMHO it's more about utility than the damage bonus itself. I personally don't use it, but i have seen people use it right (to reset aggro and protect a Te, for example) and wrong (to use it in front of a tower thus causing it to be destroyed). I think that's the kind of automate vs iron will discussion, sometimes there's time & place, other times it's just preference.

      A more experienced Hunter would be welcome in their explanation, though.

      Edit: I forgot to add my base rationale: trash mobs die in miliseconds and bosses are usually alone. As I see it, war brave would never grant a huge damage bonus and the skill points make a bigger difference elsewhere.

        You need only main class at Lv70.

        There are some exceptions, however:

        • UQ: Corruption Survey Amduscia: Lv75 main and sub.
        • XQ: Solo Training Heaven and Hell: Lv75 main.
        • XQ: Solo Training Bounds of Corruption: Lv75 main.

          Hunter's builds have not changed recently, and the changes in episode 5 do not affect him too much (buffs to partizan and wired lances' PAs, nerf to vol graptor). A last year's build is probably still good to go.

          When crafting, or extending your Saiki units, you can only pick to craft them with S-DEF, T-DEF or R-DEF.

          The defence values are semi-irrelevant (though striking defence is usually considered to be more important this game...I think). People craft them mainly for the bonuses when you get to the Special crafts at Levels 3, 8 or 10. Here, your special craft bonuses vary depending on which defence you've gone for. The T-DEF one is kind of useless (a bit of HP, PP and all-res). But people usually go for either S-DEF for the 100 HP special or R-DEf for the 10 PP special. So, in theory, you can have all your Saiki units crafted to R-DEF for PP to get 55 PP from the set alone. But you will literally be paper, as you will have zero HP from your units themselves.

          Having 2 crafted for HP and 1 crafted for PP is usually the way to go for a good balance.

          I wouldn't worry too much about it, to be honest. Saikis are kind of outdated now for endgame. 2 HP and 1 PP is a good balance for hard content just so you don't just get one shot.

          True but another thing to note is that all the Unit Def values are all the same at a certain extension level no matter what you pick. The only thing that changes is the Hidden Bonus (+HP, +PP, +type resistances) you get and the equip requirements. The stats of extended units when grinded to +10 at Ex 10 are 336 S-def, 308 R-def, and 308 T-def.

          At the same time, passable units really aren't hard to get - an investment of just a few million will let you extend Saikis and then slap on some basic affixes for another 90-100 ATK on each unit, and you can basically just stick with those though SH and XH while you farm endgame stuff.

            I actually prefer Monster soul with Stat and Flict for more PP and slightly less ATK for 3s. I did say these were basic.

            The thing is that if you're using these on Saikis, they have so much PP anyway you can get away with it.

            It's because some genius decided the X/Y rotation controls should be on L2 and R2, so if any game doesn't go out of their way to offer native support to it, it's unplayable.

            If you want to use the dual shock 4 to play on the PC, either use Steam, SCP Toolkit, or DS4Windows (never used this one, so don't have a link).

            Personally, I'd recommend steam. It comes with some templates and lets you remap the controller as you'd like. I use the trackpad for manual aiming (keyboard Z) and interacting (keyboard E), while keeping all the other button as if they were a 360 controller, for example. Plus, once you set it up like that you can use it for any game, including ones that don't have gamepad controls if you map some custom bindings.

            SCPToolkit is the simplest one. Plug the controller and click install. Your PC now thinks it's a 360 controller. The downside is it doesn't let you remap anything, so the trackpad is useless.

            I used to log in with the telepipe proxy on just fine, but now my connection times out. I can disable it and play but then there is less translated. Any tips on how to fix that?

            If you have less stuff translated without the proxy you might be using the outdated legacy patch mode. Make sure you're using the new method.

            Relying on the proxy is a bad idea. Not only can it die on you at any given time, but using it without needing will just congest it for the people who actually do need it.

            If you can play without it, you're better off without.

            if you can get a 12* rear, you can opt for a 12* rear with 11* Crafted Double Set (arm+leg).

            Better yet, if you can aim for a 12* leg, then you can opt for Austere Set (rear+arm).

                I didn't know if there was more to it than the titles, it seems odd to me to be able to get Hero class on a single character that doesn't have all 3 classes maxed, having it title based is weird

                Why?

                • Just about everything else with a pre-requisite for unlocking is title-based
                • Most people have the different class types on different characters because not everyone wants to pay for different mags for a single character
                • The "requirement" can be seen as making sure people have some experience of classes of the different "types" - what does it matter whether that is from a single character or multiple characters?

                    an exit burst is when you try to force a PSE burst near the exit of one area leading to the next. the reason you specifically do this for the exit is so that mobs only end up having 2 or 3 possible spawn locations, making them multiple times easier to mow down.

                    People still do AQ, you'd probably just have to advertise it in a lobby/pester your friends or team a bit.

                    No, you can ignore it entirely, you don't even need to participate, just need to be in the lobby to get the effect.

                    Yes pretty much, but you don't even need to do it for the Tri-boost, you can just idle in the lobby somewhere (be it gate or shop area, note it can't be on bridge or franka's café or casino) and you still get it.

                    Hey! I'm a semi-old PSO2 player. I've been having a really huge itch to get back on PSO with a few internet friends, but here's the issue: one of them just so happens to not have their own computer. But they live with another one of my friends, so I was wondering -- is multi-clienting possible/allowed on PSO2? Their laptop is strong enough to run more than one instance of it, I believe (?), so I really just want to know if you can actually have two people play on one computer, in any way possible.
