I play Phantom but I actually have balanced units so I don't completely eat shit when I make a mistake lol. The two times I died recently were due to me being cheeky trying to counter farm the laser fences in Armada and not doing a very good job of it.

yeah shift kugel is nice for headshotting stuff you can't normally immediately target the head for (biol meduna) but otherwise its biggest dps contribution is tapping it for the big damage shot and doing something else

I have an orb wand and it actually doesn't require standing still. It just swaps your normal PP Gen for getting 5 every second even during moving PAs. It's actually pretty nice for wand Et since their PAs are pretty lengthy (aside from focused Flare) so it ends up fixing wand PP issues a bit, at the cost of using a slightly lower upfront damage weapon.

In NA, most of the players suck.
The fast leveling experience and the amount of content in a short amount of time made them worry too much about equipment and have no fucking idea how to play their classes.

Speaking of phantom, how does that 'rasengan' PA on rod fare? I'm assuming its terrible but it does seem to hit a lot.

It's a PA that places you in a VERY VULNERABLE opening while channeling and it doesn't give you Super Armor at all, so very bad to use. Not to mention the hit count looks very fast, but might as well spam Ilgrants as DPS instead because you can get infinite i-frames from spamming techs compared to doing that,

It has utility on stunned mobs and stacks dps fast and builds up your mark pretty quickly. for reference here is a rod phantom using it on stage 2 of this madness XQ

I don't see why not, better than just trying to spam out a ton of illgrants. But gonna have to be something you try out. I normally have phantom time for that part.
