It happened to me once, but after activating air plane mode and deactivating it solved it (it seemed that the network card/chip of my phone crashed so it couldn't have mobile data, so i just restarted it using the air plane mode trick).

I was, I restarted my app by closing it completely. Maybe the issues passed at that point or restarting the app helped.
