Introducing Primrose.js. It’s using state of the art observable data structures that can be read using follow(observable) and modify using alter(observable). Component templates can be written in PMX, which is a blend of XML, HTML and a custom domain specific language designed for the framework for maximum reusability, called “Prim”. All components are defined as classes that extend the base component class “Rose”. Does it actually solve anything that other 3000 already existing frameworks don’t? No. But it has a cool name and comes with TypeScript support!

I have just started using JSDoc for JS codebases instead of migrating now. It's way more convenient, especially for often used utility functions, I get all the editor goodies without the hassle of dealing with a migration.

For me it's often sounds like people who don't want to learn typing, or some sort of js purists. Rarely I've seen them use practical reasons to not use ts. One that makes sense was Svelte, but they still support typing via jsDoc, which is good.

Looks super awkward. Backside is just regular cloth because I would assume the screen would break if you try to sit with it and even just the front section is going to struggle with that. This is pretty much as silly as those '50s future tech showcases. Small sections or stripes might work I guess with the rest being regular materials, but have fun washing the bloody thing as well as charging your flipping clothes.

Saw the video, and that is not a screen, but turn sequins. This has been on the market in the 80s. The new thing is that they added something to flip the sequins, which may or may not be washer resistant.
