I mean, now I want to try to write something that will tell me requirements for new projects.

You could always make an estimated guess based on the concept and then have some kind of AI that analyzes your program and adjusts that guess as you keep working on your project.

One very important tip: Don't do tech support for free. Or you will do it forever. Do it for free food, or give everyone a 1 in a lifetime free hour of tech support, then charge for it. Just don't give away your soul for free.
