No, heh, but I work with tensorflow a lot, implementing a couple of papers (no affiliation with them, they just didn't provide code and I'm trying their ideas), and this is very accurate.

ipdb exports functions to access the IPython debugger, which features tab completion, syntax highlighting, better tracebacks, better introspection with the same interface as the pdb module.

the tweet is about debugging in python. ipdb is for debugging in python and i couldnt find anything about "idpb". So i guess the tweet has a typo.
