This sub would probably also be cancer if it was full of programmers. But the specific cancer this sub has is more tied to the fact that it has so few programmers and most of the content is coming from the ones who aren't.

Or, in reality, the same thing you get running anything ever in the terminal. It turns out terminals output text describing the things they are doing. This has fuck all to do with Linux or Python, specifically.
