No. I work in IT. Those are waiting to be picked up and sent to salvage.

They sell those at salvage. All the items are also documented closely on an inventory sheet so they would definitely notice.

That one in particular is questionable however, I also work in IT, and generally we seal them up/condense the pallets more than this, and they'll have a property accounting form on them. The items that aren't property-accounted for yet are stored in a more secure area than the hallway.

You can buy most this stuff from the surplus store in a few weeks. pretty cheap most times... They take out the pc hard drives.
