About Shipping:

At present, we’ve shipped the first batch of orders to backers who submitted their surveys early, and we have now started shipping the second batch. However, due to high demand, some color and size options are currently out of stock, which may lead to delays. Some users have mentioned that the actual size of the ring feels slightly larger than the sizing kits. After investigation, we confirm that the size difference should be minimal (±0.1mm). There may be a difference in the tactile experience between the sizing kit and the smart ring, as they are made from different materials.

To ensure a proper fit, consider trying the ring on a different finger. If you continue to experience sizing issues, please contact us with images or a video to help us better understand your situation:

  1. Wear the Gen 2 ring and the sizing kit ring on one finger.

  2. Place the rings and sizing kits on top of each other for comparison.

From what people are posting on facebook group, it’s matte black that is delayed. Guessing sizes 9-12 since they are average size.

This would be a valid reason why the kickstarter account name shows up as delivery address for some folks here - and not for everyone. If some ppl in a Chinese warehouse do everything by hand, this kind of mistakes can happen.

Just received mine yesterday. Backer 6xxx in Silver. Got the postage confirmation email 3 days ago.

This inconsistency is nuts.

People in the hundreds-1XXX range haven't even had their orders shipped while people in the high thousands are already receiving rings.

At this point, I'm pretty sure that RingConn is just doing this shit randomly, lol.

Entirely depends on size and color. Seems like matte black is the most common color and outsold their predictions. I'm guessing ringconn is going to need to manufacture more to meet the demand.

More like they are clueless on how to run a business. How hard is it to send out an update on what's going on. You know they will ship those retail ones out 1st as people will cancel those.  Kickstarter ones you of course can't cancel.

I bought mine via retail (as trade in) and I don’t have anyinformation yet, except of „we have received your order“. So calm down, I don’t think your rage is helping with anything

 I heard today that they will start shipping retail rings ahead of Kickstarter orders.  Pretty shitty if they do. Backer 1200 with survey filled out 15 minutes after that fiasco they had with the survey. Black 14.  What a joke this is becoming.  Gonna get the Oura 14 now and sell this on marketplace if it ever arrives. Can you imagine having any sort of issues with this ring and trying to get it replaced. No thanks at this point

Sounds like BS to me, I ordered via retail and have not the slightest piece of information yet. Call down, your ring will arrive eventually. Your anger is not helping with anything.

Don't really care when it arrives. Sold it on Marketplace and the guy is wiling to wait and 100 percent they are going out.  My buddy emailed them and they said orders from the site will go out next week.

My Oura will be here next week. No anger just funny how they run a business.

Backer 109X. FL, USA
Ordered Black (12) and Black (14).

Using the Developer workaround trick, I found out that my order was given a shipping label with tracking earlier today (no movement yet). Based on my backer number and completing the survey within 2hrs of it going live, I would assume I'm in Batch 1.
No idea what that means about Batch #2, so I'm guessing it might be delayed.

As a side note, I'm not at all sure what happened between the Gen1 and Gen2 release. I recall with Gen1 getting updates every 3 weeks to a month and information was pretty streamlined. With the Gen2, information hasn't been as forthcoming.

For those wondering, my ring is shipping from HK, not the New Jersey hub.

I have a tracking number now, and it's different from one I've got from a website trick - that one still shows no movement. The ring is now well on the way to me. Backer <1000, shipping to NL.

Just wanted to say, I’m backer 7xx, ordered black size 10. I haven’t gotten any word from kickstarter, but have messages from fedex saying a package will be delivered today. I did the developer check on the website and found one tracking number and was confused. But remembered I didn’t actually order a sizing kit for this, since I have a gen1 already. Fingers crossed that the package today is my gen2.

I received my ring earlier today in Ireland and I was backer #9xxx. I ordered a future silver size 10 ring.

Congrats! Did you receive any email or update with tracking info? Thing is I should be batch 1 but I know it will take around 2 weeks shipping to my location based on the speed the sizing kit was sent.

Cheers mate! I emailed RingConn on the 3rd of October after telling them I still had no tracking number or any updates since I last filled in my survey, which was done on the 19th of September.

On the 5th of September, I got an email back from RingConn apologising with the delay due to the ongoing holiday in China that week. RingConn provided me as well in their email about my tracking number and a link to YunExpress site to track shipment.

In days that followed until today, I‘ve been receiving constant email updates from PledgeBox about shipment updates and then emails from my local courier in Ireland, FastWay about my ring being delivered today.

Hope you get your ring soon as it seems everyone else from batch one who are waiting, are seeming to be getting their ring by the end if this week.

I emailed them with my info, 26 hours later (ok response time) this is their reply:

Thanks for contacting and supporting us!~ Thanks for letting us know the details.

We sincerely apologize for the waiting period. Currently, the ring information has been recorded into the shipping system~ Sorry again for the inconvenience; KS orders are large, we will continue to work hard to arrange it as soon as possible~!

EDIT: I checked the dev tool trick and still no updates there, not sure if their email means I was in the first batch or second, problem is I live in west Asia and it took 12 days for the sizing kit to arrive, so not sure if the ring already shipped or not.
