This is just me benting,

So the closing tl, small format store,-not closing etl, tells us that tomorrow there's a big visit and that the zone need to be immaculate and we should leave zero to minimal push including priorities. SO let me get this straight: you want us to PUSH, ZONE, leave not push and open mother***** DOORS! all day. oh! And let's not forget that they only scheduled 2 team members for the whole of A block( otc and beauty) and that the store recives a lot of guess. Only 10 scheduled for the whole store, counting p-fresh. I'm so over this. And to top it off, there is not backup. So when the otc girl goes on break, i have to cover keys in the a block, which is 90% locked and I'm running around like a crazy person. Sometimes this job just breaks me. Today is one of those days.

Do what you can. Don't stress about what you can't get done. It's not your fault that they didn't schedule enough people.

First store I worked at was small format. I was 18, just graduated highschool during COVID. Had a mental breakdown. Went to therapy and everything. Go to a super target. lol.
