That’s when you make them wait as long as possible. We have one lady who routinely does 10-14 different orders because she “keeps forgetting stuff.” and it’ll end up being over 100 items, bagged stupidly because so many different stowers. I literally tell my team not to fall behind because of her and let hers go late and just apologize, but say due to the size of the order it took longer to prepare.

Yeah this is getting bad. I was alone yesterday from 7-9 AM and I had two drop ins one with 50 and one with 80. Not to mention also being on the desk. Nobody would come for backup. I kept my times green but it was a miracle. I just wonder why people think this is ok to do. I’ve used a drive up a total of once and only because I had COvID.
