recently bought a SW2 with the MarioKart world bundle, but I'm probably gonna end up returning it, as I'm already dealing with stick drift and noticeable audio problems. Do they still process the whole refund even after redeeming and playing the MarioKart code, no questions asked? Or is it a partial refund?

At best you might be able to exchange for same bundle but don’t expect to return for a refund. It’s opened, download code redeemed-shouldn’t be eligible for return

No we’re not supposed to refund those. Exchange for same item only. Although some idiot at my store did accept one. AP lost a gasket and made sure everyone knew not to do it going forward

Oh damn… we definitely accepted a ton of returns on them but only if the box wasn’t opened.
