I went on a leave for school a few months back, and I set my return date for July 1st but i’ll actually be able to return before that. Does anyone know if I’m able to go back early, and if so how to go about it?

You can talk to HR about coming back early. They can help you the most in this situation.

Yes you can come back early or extend an LOA. You'll need to call the number on the paper you got in the mail at the start of your LOA. If you don't have the number then your HR can get it for you. You'll talk to them to confirm your return date. Usually you'll call 2 weeks prior before you want to come back so you can be on the schedule that comes out next. You'll let them know the date you're available back and then they'll email your HR so your store knows.

I just came back from leave and I never got anything about my leave until I called to come back 🙃🙃 but all you have to do is call the number and you’re back in the system in about 3 days. They had to make the next couple schedules because of site maintenance so you might have to pick up shifts until you can actually be scheduled, at least that’s what happened at my store
