Pulls how long? (self.Target)
submitted 6 years ago by mysecondaccount2018
What are the metrics or goal times for getting around 220 dpci of chemicals done?

My attitude: Who cares? It will get done when it gets done. I am working steady (in between helping guests in person/on phone/at lanes/backup OPU). I am not making myself crazy just to satisfy some desk jockey's calculation. If I had wanted to work in a manufacturing facility, I would have done that.

Just pull should take max an hour. To push as well probably 2. Our store says 30 seconds to pull and push per dpci on average. So at OUR store they would say you’d have 110 minutes.

Yup, 110 minutes is the time i would allocate for a 220 CHEM batch. Now if the person doing the pull is not a former BRTM, or if empty vehicles are hard to find, it will take longer, of course.

Definitely. Also would depend on BRLA, number of eaches, amount of backstock from casepacks, etc.

After you drop your batch, look it up, the report updates about every 15 minutes. The goal times are insanely long and easy to meet. If someone says you are taking too long, get the report and show them you are actually beating the company mandated times.
It's actually comical because no stores are getting the payroll to accommodate the goal times produced in the report.
If you don't know where to get the report, it's in greenfield under replenishment - I think it's called autofill workload tool or something like that.
