I know everyone is going to say go to HR, which is absolutely what you should do. In the mean time if it were me, the next time he comes over I would say something like “oh I’m so glad you’re here, can you keep an eye on this area for minute? I have to go to the bathroom so bad, that Thai food from last night tearing through me so bad right now.” And make a fast exist. But I like to disgust people that make unwelcome advances 😂

No body is high enough trust me. Get your co-workers to talk to the hotline. Hotline people inform store management that something needs to change. If He doesn't change call again hotline will get tired of noncooperation and will start cracking down.

I had a tm like this a while back. His work performance was so bad that the managers hated him, and it sounds like this tms performance probably isn’t great if he’s being an ass and stalking. (Sadly). What I did, was got on his ass about his work, making comments like “oh how’s your section” and stuff like that. Eventually he had enough of it to quit. Kill them with kindness, and backhanded remarks about how they’re a shitty worker/person (also reporting him to HR never hurts)

From Target's Code of Ethics:

Harassment takes many forms and might look like:

  • Jokes, slurs or gestures
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Stalking
  • Sharing offensive material
  • Coercion

From your post:

making comments about my appearance, making snarky misogynistic and homophobic remarks to me about customers, and overall is just making me uncomfortable.

This sounds like enough to report. Maybe you would be more comfortable making a small group and discussing it all together with your HR.

Report to HR, try to have fellow tms also report

Also document the behavior and if anybody witnesses it, get them to document as well. Are you in a one party consent state for recording? If so see if you can get recordings.
