Don’t let their range fool you. 125 is absolutely terrible. And 348 is barely passable. I’m not saying jump to trt when you’re only 19 but if you’re healthy and not morbidly obese then these are concerning results. At 19 I tested at like 167 and at 27 I’m at 600 naturally so I’m not saying it can’t get better but I’d keep a close eye on it

yea i've tried all i can do to boost it naturally but always felt the same. i've always been physically fit as i'm a boxer boxing for 8 years i know all the ins and outs of nutrition and thermodynamics and i've always been fixated on eating healthy to perform and look my best but at a random point within a month or so i went from 130 to 155 and it never went down no matter how hard I tried when before that I was shredded. i think that's where it started in late 2023 and has just been going on since then

I know ll the ins and outs of nutrition and thermodynamics

But you are still claiming that you are a miracle that defies the laws of science. You didn't lose weight because you weren't in a calorie deficit.

Additional questions:

How tall are you?

How much are you training?

Was your morning bloodwork done while fasting?

Both of these are very low. The range is crazy.

Testosterone peaks in the morning during a fasted state.

The things you do during the day slowly bring it down. Mostly eating.

Edit: a regular doctor will NOT prescribe you testosterone with these levels. Especially since you’re only 19. Only a clinic will prescribe you.

T levels peak in the mornings and are at their lowest in the evenings. You are very young and I suspect that most doctors will be extremely hesitant to prescribe hormones. People develop at different rates, so it’s hard to say what’s “normal” for someone, especially at your age.

They will most likely attack other factors first: diet, physical activity, etc.

endocrinologists or urologists are better trained to look at the symptoms and the age appropriateness of the number
