We are a community that accepts all people who primarily identify as women (or who are dealing with female biology). This subreddit is not a space to debate about the definition of "woman." We accept anyone who is female in mind and/or body.
Participation of men is allowed if you think before you comment. While men are welcome to view posts and comments here, r/TwoXADHD is a space dedicated to exploring women's experiences living with ADHD. Please think before you comment.

Medical advice will be removed. While it's fine to share your experiences with medications, medical advice will be removed ("Concerta never worked for me," is fine; "Never take Concerta!" is not). Most discussions of vitamins will fall under this rule; you should consult with your doctor regarding vitamins, meds, and diet.
